This 95% Shiraz and 5% Riesling is a marriage of red fruits and rose petals from the aromatic Eden Valley Riesling.
On the palate; wild cherries, blueberries and oaky spice. The tannins are pronounced but velvety with a soft finish thanks from the Riesling.
The wine remained in a mix of old and new oak barrels for 18 months before being racked and bottled without filtration or fining.
