A Washington State Chardonnay, tangy with lemon and pink grapefruit, rich, textured and flavoured with apples on the palate. Aged in 86% French oak barrels (38% new) and 14% stainless steel. 100% aged sur lie for 9 months to integrate the fruit and oak flavours and give a rich mouthfeel. Malolactic fermentation was allowed for added softness, balance and depth
