Stone Fruits, Lime with Loads of Fizz
Aussie Prosecco?! Yes...Aussie Prosecco!! Although officially it cannot be called ‘Prosecco’ it is made from 100% Glera which is the grape used in Prosecco. This fun and lively fizz had great texture and a delightful mouthfeel with stone fruits and lime on the palate.

The Nerdy Bits...
Picked from a lovely Riverland vineyard in South Australia whose soil is sand over limestone, the grapes are crushed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel with a natural yeast.
