Made as a true rosé, each vineyard is picked with a view to retaining natural acidity and relying on the ancient vines to supply ample flavour despite the early harvest. Each vineyard will see between 6 - 18 hours skin contact, which during this early ripeness imparts only modest colour to the blend.
Grenache contributes the raspberry and strawberry palate while Mourvèdre adds structure and a lingering spice. The splash of aromatic field blend wine emphasises strawberry, musk and turkish delight aromas.
