Who/What/How:
-
The Tribaut-Schloesser Champagne House was established in 1929 by René Schloesser and Lucie Coutelas. It began as a small operation. Around 1000 bottles were produced annually and René would cycle the bottled Champagne to the local station where they were sent on and sold in Paris. Now, the fourth generation of the family keeps it alive, on a much larger scale.
Taste:
- Champagne Tribaut Blanc De Noir is a powerful, yet elegant, sparkling wine. Refreshing, balanced and packed full of citrus and candied fruit flavours, as well as subtle notes of toast and brioche.
