This wine is bright lemon yellow in colour with fragrant white flowers and stone fruit aromas on the nose. The palate is medium to full bodied, with lively citrus acidity and flavours of melon, white peach and a hint of pineapple. The finish is refreshing and long. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, using only indigenous yeasts. The wine went through malolactic conversion before ageing on fine lees for 6-8 months in tank, adding complexity and texture to the wine.
