Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak depending on the characteristics of the harvest (generally between 8-12 months), it then remains in stainless steel tanks until its bottled. A Warm, elegant red, brimming with ripe currants and crème de cassis, the nose a fine blend of smoke and spice.
