The king of Chenin!
Made from 40 year old vines. Hand harvested including 3-4% of bunches affected by botrytis. The juice is then fermented in barrel before being left on its lees for 10/12 months. Full bodied and well rounded with a complex structure. Bursting with flavours of dried apricots, pineapple and hints of vanilla and honey that last long on the finish.
