Aromatic red from southern Italy, bursting with fragrant red fruit, including raspberries, redcurrants, strawberries and tangy pomegranates. Vinification by maceration at controlled temperatures of 24-28 degrees. After malolactic fermentation the wine is breifly aged in the bottle.
Excellent with Pizza, Pasta and Aged Cheese
