This wine is straw yellow in colour with golden reflections. It has lifted aromas of peaches and stone fruit with some citrus notes, which follow on to the palate. This wine is crisp with refreshing acidity. The grapes were gently pressed and cooled to 11ºC. Yeast was added to start fermentation, which took place at 12ºC for 20 days. The wine then spent some time in stainless steel to preserve the bright fruit flavours.
