- Château de Caravettes operates on a vineyard which has been in operation since 1273. The land has been passed through various owners and today, the domaine is comprised of 300 hectares of vineyards in the woodland of the sprawling Languedoc-Roussillon wine region in the south of France.
Taste:
- The Château de Caravettes Vin de Garage GSM is a blend which has seen 10 months in oak. It is beautifully balanced, full-bodied, rich and expressive. The nose emanates with aromas of rosemary, mint and sweet black fruits. Then, the palate will bring forth notes of raspberry, cherry, plum and blueberry. This silky creation is a real staff favourite that we couldn't recommend enough.
