Who/What/How
- Chateau Musar are an iconic Lebanese producer who began making wine in the 1930's following founder Gaston Hochar's visit to Bordeaux. The vineyards have been passed down through the generations and are now ran by Gaston's grandchild - Gaston Hochar. The family approach wine with a non-interventionist philosophy and look to let the grapes and the terroir speak for themselves.
Taste
- The Musar Jeune is a youthful and unoaked red wine with intense notes of cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry, as well as floral flecks of violet. You'll also experience spicy notes on the palate and a rich, warming finish.
