- Bodegas Ego are situated on a 25 hectare vineyard in the Jumilla region of Spain, where they focus on wines produced mainly from vines which are about 50 years old, with the grapes for this wine coming from particularly prized plots of the vineyard.
Taste:
- Bodegas Ego Marionette Red Blend was initially fermented in stainless steel for the first 2-3 weeks, before spending the next 2 to 3 months in aged American oak barrels which seek to add a bit of texture and soften the tannins, as well as subtle toasted notes which sit amongst potent flavours of ripe black fruit.
