- Jericho Wines is family-run vineyard. Father and son, (Neil and Andrew), manage the winemaking and boast 50 years of experience between the two of them. Kim designs the labels. Sally and Kaye handle the business side. They have all combined to produce a number of stunning, forward-thinking wines that feel quintessentially Australian, but also new and exciting.
Taste:
- Jericho Wines Fiano utilises a sometimes overlooked grape variety which is native to Campania in Italy, which has truly thrived in the low-yielding old vines in the Adelaide Hills. Jericho Wines Fiano has been aged on fine lees to provide the wine with a creamy texture and a nutty, floral quality. This works perfectly alongside the characteristic varietal notes of citrus, stone and tropical fruits, (such as grapefruit, peach, apricot, pineapple and melon).
