- Soumah Vineyards sit down a country lane in the bracingly cool foothills of the Warramate Hills. This award-winning winery produces wines from the grapes which you’d expect to find in the Yarra Valley, as well as a number of native Italian varieties.
Taste:
- Soumah refers to this as their ‘Goldie Lox’ wine, because the hand-picked fruit has to be picked at just the right time, before it is whole bunch pressed and fermented in barrels. Their expertise when paired with a climate that boasts hot days and cool nights create layers of intensity and a wealth of unique and varied tasting notes. These include ginger, apricot, lemon tart, pear, peach and orange.
